Returns and Refunds

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they receive from Mammoth Racing. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please refer to the following:

Cancellations made prior to shipment will be refunded in full.

• Returns must be made back to Mammoth Racing within 30 days from receipt of the product.
• Products must be in new, unused, and in resalable condition with all pieces included. After the 30 day period, returns will no longer be accepted.
• Returns are subject to approval by Mammoth Racing. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• All products are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.
• When returning an item, please place the original packaging inside a separate box to protect the product and it's packaging.
• After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the package and process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method you used during the purchase.
• For credit cards payments, please allow for 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
• If the product is damaged or missing items, or the return was initiated after 30 days upon receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• We do our best to maintain a high level of quality assurance but in the event of products shipped from the distributor are defective or broken, Mammoth Racing will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns Are Not Accepted on the Following:

• Products that indicate they have been used/installed
• Products that have been improperly shipped back to Mammoth Racing.
• Custom manufactured products or Special Order products
• Hazardous materials (antifreeze, paint, etc)
• Wheels or tires that indicate they have been mounted
